Raw eggs?

If you make chocolate mousse with melted choc & you stir the egg yolks into the hot choc - does that make them safe?

Or are they safe anyway due to them being stamped?

How young? My ds3 is only 3 and he eats with no ill effects mousse I make with raw eggs. He also ate a cooked egg that was some way over its date and was sick afterwards (I can only assume from eating the egg). I think the key is to buy stamped eggs and not exceed the date - at least not give old eggs to children.
