chocolate topping for a cake...

just made a chocolate cake how to i make a topping ive got chocolate, cocoa, icing sugar, double cream.

I just made one from Tana Ramsey's cook book. Her topping is just melted chocolate and double cream mixed together then crumbled flake ontop.

Delicious.

yes - melt 100g chocolate, wait till cool but not set, stir into 100ml double cream, pour over cake

hmm that sounds delish may use the butter cream fo the centre and double cream for the topping
