Nice gluten free cake on Diet Doctors

Did anyone see Diet Doctors this week?
It had a nice cake with almond and apple juice topping.
I would like to try something similar, anyone know the recipe, or can recommend something similar?

I make Nigella's Party Cake (same deal but no clementines) and serve with fruit coulis as gluten-free pudding:
Whisk 6 egg yolks with 200g caster sugar till creamy, fold in 200g ground almonds and the zest of a lemon.
Whisk 6 egg whites in a anotehr bowl, beat a spoonful of white into the yolks and then fold the rest in gently.
Pour into a 1.5l tin (she uses a brioche tin but I don't have one so use a ring mould thing) and bake 1hr 160 C
