broccolli soup- too thin...what to add?

Made broccolli soup, added 4 cubed potatos to thicken, blended it , it is really thin ..what do i add? more potato? cornflour? help me ! am rubbish a this !

then you won't mind how thin it is

and yes, definitely cheese

I think brocolli soup generally is quite thin. I tend to just reduce soup until it looks ok.

While we're on the subject of broccoli soup I just made one for DH to use up some stilton that was going south. Then wondered if I was allowed to eat it or not (I'm nearly six months pregnant) ?Hmm - wouldn't the boiling pasteurise it so make it okay ??
