Help - what can I do with turkey mince?!

Says it all really. Bought turkey mince, only thing left in the freezer so got it out this morning and would LOVE some ideas of what to do with it

I make a chilli with it. Same as with beef mince.

It still makes a nice spag bol or turkey burgers

same as what Iklboo said about the turkey burgers. they had it on this morning earlier

Thank you! Had spag bol the other day so maybe burgers... Do you do them under the grill or in the oven?

here is the this morning one which you can leave the chilli out of if you prefer

For my Turkey burgers
Large squeeze lemon juice or lime or both
garlic 2/3 cloves
mince family pack
spring onions chopped
Ginger
Worcester sauce
dried herbs (what-ever you like) usually parsley, or mint.
mix altogether mold into burger shape and fry. Serve bun and salad

Turkey Meatballs; as above
Make into balls with little flour bake in oven serve with home made tomato sauce & noodles. scrumptious!!
