Roast chicken breasts in a bag

Hi all,
Does anyone have a recipe for roasting chicken breasts in a bag? I tried Maggi oh juicy bags which made the meat so tender but the kids found the sauce too salty so I want to make my own.

Thanks in advance. Smile

Just stick the meat in a bag with any spices that you like. It's not rocket science!

Jamie Oliver recipe I've done for years - chicken breast in a foil parcel. I add peppers, green beans. Herbs, splash of wine and stick in oven for about 40 mins.

Hope that is more helpful than the comment above!

You can buy toasting bags. Here are some combos I do but there are loads you could do. Smile

Chicken, lemon and rosemary,
Chicken honey and mustard,
Chicken and bbq rub,
Chicken and tandoori spices and yoghurt.

Lamb chops/steaks rosemary and garlic,

Salmon, chilli, ginger, garlic and soy,
Salmon and peso.

Do you put any liquid in the bag, or oil/butter?

I don't usually as the juices from the chicken/fish will run out. Sometimes I put a splash of wine or a drizzle of olive oil in if I fancy it. It really is a whatever I've got in the house at the time meal. Smile It can't hurt as long as you don't swamp it otherwise it ends up boiling the meat rather than roasting it.
