I've been given two coconuts...........

What on earth should I do with them??

I've got a luvverly bunch of coconuts....

Wait till children in bed.
Drill hole in cocunut & pour out half the milk
Pour in bloody great dash of Bacardi
Add a little splash of cola
Add a squeeze of lime juice
Enjoy!

When I visited China they made a drink that liquidised the milk and the flesh together so it was like a coconut smoothie and maybe added sugar, although I can't remember - maybe taste to see if it needs it - it was delicious - and no doubt could be improved by addition of Bacardi too! Or you could add pineapple juice maybe.
