Franny would have had some recipes but is taking a breather. Can you search FrannyandZooey and quinoa to see if she posted any recipes? (although it will notably be piss taking)

I sometimes serve Quinoa instead of rice with a curry, just cook it with some vegetable stock, it is really quite nice. It would work well instead of cous cous with a tagine thingy too.
Also as a salad base with lots of herbs, diced cucumber, red onion, dried black olives, feta cubes and orange segments.
