Anyone know where I can buy fish stock? Any recommended brands?

you can buy it any supermarker as far as I know, have no recommendations I am afraid, its easy to make, but thats not what you were aksing is it?

Easy to make, yes, I agree, but this is for my son's cupboard not mine and I don't see him making his own quite yet! oddly enough, i'm finding it quite hard to track down in supermarkets. Must broaden horizons...

oh thats odd, I have bought it in Sainsburys and Tesco, have you tried knorr?

I have just had some delivered from Sainsburys tonight - it's their own brand.
