...Anyone got any quick/easy marinade ideas for meat/fish? Got lots of people to feed next weekend and don't want to spend ages faffing around in the kitchen?! Cheers.

souvlaki is just paprika, oregano and a little olive oil - delish with chicken or pork. BBQ sauce 1 tbsp ketchup, sprinkle of garlic granules, 1 tsp honey, splash of worcestershire sauce and half a tsp of english mustard. Or honey and wholegrain mustard is good. For salmon, soak a little dill in white wine - be careful tho' because it starts to 'cook'.Loads of marinades on the bbc website under 'food' and bbqs. HTH have a good weekend
