stinky cheese

today is use by date,still ok to eat?cant bare to throw it out!

if it should be stinky (stilton, brie etc) then it should be fine

if it shouldn't be stinky but is I'd ditch it, or at least cut the fluffy bits off.

yep - i would soooooo eat it! I don't think anything that bad happens to food after its use by date ...

it's Best Before dates you can play fast and loose with - Use By should be taken a bit more seriously, esp when it comes to meat.
