you know the one that comes in its on foil tray and it all goes in the oven. bought it for boxing day and had turkey overload so put it in freezer. want it for lunch tomorrow - went to take it out today and it says on to cook from frozen 1hr 50mins. normally its 50mins. i think it being in the oven for nearly 2 hours will dry it out its tiny - or can i take it our today and defrost it and then cook for 50 mins tomorrow. sorry if this is dumb question its just thrown me that it says cook from frozen. thanks

Personally I would defrost it first and then cook as normal. Nothing worse than overcooked meat! Defrosting certainly won't do it any harm then at last you can be sure of your cooking times.

Take it out today, gives it plenty of time to defrost.
