What's that website where you input ingredients and it suggests recipes?

I'm sure it's been mentioned on here before but I can't find it. Does anyone know the website please?

www.allrecipes.com lets you search by ingredients (both what you want, and what you don't want). It's pretty American, though.

bbc recipes

BBC and UKTVFood both have websites where you can search their recipes by ingrediant? Is it that kinda thing?
