Turkey ideas, please help!

Am useless cook. Husband cooked both Chrimbo day and Boxing day now I want to help by doing something with the leftovers. Have massive amount of turkey left. Any EASY and quick recipies anyone?

We are having turkey curry tonight and I'm using a jar sauce - I've put chunks of turkey into a saucepain and poured over the sauce. Popped on the lid and am letting it soak in for a couple of hours first to get the flavour into the meat.
Very simple.

I'm surprised no-one else has come along with their amazing, simple recipes. There's usually some very creative cooks around here.

Me too, am always seeing people coming up with fab ideas on MN but looks like just us 2 logged on 2nite!! Checked out ideas on line earlier and you would need to but heaps of ingredients at supermarket before you could actually start cooking! Hate supermarkets and hate cooking so need simple ideas. Wishing I had listened to DH now and not bothered with the Turkey, bloody thing taken up so much room in my fridge!
