yes that could be quite nice, am never sure about tomato and lemon? (oh feck just tell me to do it and i will, i really don't want to be on the computer today tbh)

how much lemon are you talking about..make more of chopped salsa type thing.......don;t worry, sounds like you are going to have a lovely lunch, mackerel is oily, so could live without a sauce..go an enjoy your meal!
