Curry sauce too runny....Aaaarghh !

Made a curry sauce with onions, toms, coconut milk, and spices - but it is really runny - how can i thicken it up before I add the chicken...??

Boil it to reduce, although the coconut milk may split it probably won't affect the taste.

potatoes or flour (make a paste with water add it slowly stir well or will be lumpy). potato flour better if you've got it.

I'd simmer it to reduce it too.
