You used 15 egg whites to make a pavlova? How big is it? Are you feeding the entire south west?

Sorry no help with the egg yolk recipes. I never know what to do with my 2 when I make a pavlova. I believe you can put them in quiche though....

Lots of mayonnaise? or hollandaise sauce?

Mayonnaise definitely, it is very useful at this time of year. FYI in Ireland yokes is the slang for ectasy pills

cat food
hair/face mask
glaze minc pies
custard
quiche

if they're still whole, you can boil them and use them to make sandwich filling. My mum always did this with her left over yolks and I loved it because I've always hated egg white.
