Gingerbread decorations for the tree, stars or tree shapes. Make a hole for ribbon before you bake then trail with white icing and hang once dry.

If you make spice biscuits and cut them into star shapes, you can make a hole in the middle of them and put some crushed up glace fruit sweets into the hole. Then bake them and they make dinky little stained glass window biscuits. Skewer a whole in the top of the biscuit while they're warm. Put in a ribbon and hang them on the tree.

(And if you forget to put the sugar in the biscuit mixture, they stay on the tree for a long long time because nobody will eat more than a mouthful of any of them!!!)
