Where can I buy goose fat?

I have been looking for it for weeks and just can't find it. Which supermarkets have it and which aisle is it in? I thought it would be with the butter/lard in the fridges but am I wrong?

I know that sales of the stuff have gone bonkers since Nigella endorsed the stuff for roast pots but I couldn't find it even before it was apparently flying off the shelves. Help!

our Tescos had loads of it last week - had its own stand, alonng with chestnuts.

Have you asked in store?

Yes, seen it in Tesco and Sainbos and our butcher sells it too.

and Waitrose (of course)

Seen it in Tescos too.

I know she said it makes the potatoes lovely and crispy and is high in Omegas etc but I am assuming it is a bit high fat for regular roast potato useage?

I've even seen it in the posh bit at Asda. Bought it for my mate once, think it was for her roast potatoes?

JoshandJamie · 21/12/2006 10:44

so is it usually in the fridge section or just on a regular shelf??
