Stuffing recipe please

Has anybody got a tasty but fairly simple stuffing recipe (for Christmas dinner)? Don't want to actually stuff the turkey with it, would rather cook it seperately.

nigella did a nice one last night that was ginger cakem, bacon, onion and apple. It looked devine.

Try the delia online website - has a sausagemeat, sage (dried), onion and breadcrumbs recipe that I'm going to try - here
