Anyone got Nileg Slater's Kitchen Diaries book?

Bought it for dbil but sneakily copied out the recipe for double ginger gingerbread before posting it. Just about to make it and have realised that I haven't written down the quantity of butter. Can anyone help please?

brilliant - thanks very much. Just hoping I can manage the bit at the end where it says to wrap it in foil and leave it for 2 days...

Hmm - could be tough, that bit. Bet it makes the house smell delicious when it's baking, too.
