skin on or off? That's it really & how long for, veg going in at 200, for about 15/20 mins should it go in as long & same temp?

in the skin, jsut take off any of the lose outskin. Either whole bulb or individual cloves, jsut chop the pointy bit off so that the galic is slightly exposed. drizzle with oil and anything else you fancy and roast until soft. Will take a lot longer than 20 mins, prob nearer 45. And ideally a dlightly cooler oven. I lvoe roasted garlic, so much sweeter.

I was going by a Nick Nairn recipe on Ready Steady Cook site & thought it a bit short then I realised they only have 20 min D'oh!

I do the same as Kelly but I wrap the whole thing up in a bit of foil before popping in the oven. Love garlic!
