Needing Nut Roast Receipe

I need to make Nut Roast for my Veggie DP at Xmas, no idea where to start - I've found about 5 receipes by searching on google, all totally different - and no sense of which one is best.

Anyone got a great receipe for this they use time and again?

I have not tried this but i have found waitrose recipes fairly reliable and straightforward.

This isn't straightforward nut roast but is yummy and looks fab too!!

It's THE traditional centrepiece for DP and I, we always return to it. It's fab warmed up with fry-up....Welsh Bubble and Squeak.
