I bought a racelette grill thing from lidls as I needed a new griddle, but not so sure what to use the little pans for. So far I have done little square omlettes.

What else can you use the little pans that go underneath for?

Put bits and pieces in them - eg: sliced peppers, onions, mushrooms etc. Cook for a while then top with cheese and cook some more until it melts. Yummy.

What you are meant to do is to buy raclette cheese and grill it in the little pans until it melts, then pour it over boiled potatoes and eat with cold meat...

We do bits of marinaded steak, chicken and fish plus onions, mushrooms, peppers etc on the top. Baked potatoes in the oven and melt cheese inn the pans to put on potatoes.
