DUNDEE CAKE

Does anyone have a simple recipe for dundee cake?? We are all getting together at my sisters house on boxing day and i feel awful not taking something with me so i thought i would make a dundee cake. Any suggestions???

sorry have decided against it now, dh has just told me that he doesnt like dundee cake wanted me to make an ordinary fruit cake instead.
