can't tell you quantities just now, at work! But you MUST have the fat in the baking tin SMOKING HOT! If it's just "quite hot" you won't get the lovely crispy edge!

please some one, got guests arriving in half an hour and cant give them a roast dinner without yorkshires.....

no idea, my recipe is open aunt bessy bag, take 4 out, pop in oven for 4 mins.

yes normally i WOULD do that but opened my freezer an only got 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOLLOX, thats not enough so need to make some.....

4 cups of flour
4 cups of milk
salt
pepper
4 eggs
couple of drops vinegar in each pudding to make tops crispy (optional)

Also, if you can make the mixture in the morning and keep in the fridge.
