Baked potato in the oven?

How do i do a baked spud in the oven, what temp (gas) and for how long?
I am microwave queen!

i do mine in the micro for 5 mins

then 40 mins at 190C

1 1/4 - 1 1/2 on about Gas Mark 4

For an hour or so at 180C, I like them with olive oil rubbed on the skins with a little bit of rock salt (prior to baking) makes the skins nice & crunchy.
