So after much searching (and thanks again to everyone for their suggestions) I have found a lamb shank recipe that to me seems Christmassy. However, it is for two people, I will be making it for six. But am not sure whether to just multiply the recipe by three or not? Obviously you'd need 6 lamb shanks, but would the volume of other ingredients go up equally.
Oh, and what the hell is a dutch oven??
