Who knows an easy quiche recipe without cream ?

...cos I havent got cream only mascarpone !!

I have eggs, bacon, cheese, milk and a pastry case and I am starving.

What do I do have never made quiche before as Dh hates it but he is not here so???

i have never put cream in, just mix up egg and milk, throw it over other stuff and shove it in the oven

how any eggs and how much milk please?

I always use yoghurt, gives it a lovely not too smooth consistency imho
