It's in the complete cookbook. If it's the right one, called Mushroom and Yoghurt salad.
3tbsp sunflower oil
1/2tsp grnd coriander
1 1/2lb button mushrooms
salt and pepper
4 ce;ery stalks
basil to garnish
DRESSING
1/4pt plain yoghurt
1tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp w,wine vinegar
1tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove crushed

Heat coriander with oil then add mushrooms and cook over high heat 5 mins. Add all the dressing stuff togeher,and add to mushrooms leave for 8 hours and chill before serving.

no , i'm the sort of person who buys cookbooks and uses one or 2 recipes from them, so i have about 25 books, and only 20 things i make, cos some of them are'nt nice. however, will try mushroom thing, on your recommendation.
