Making your own steak mince

Can anyone tell me what type of steak is the best to use in making your own mince? Also, can I just whizz it up in the food processor as I don't have a mincer?
Thanks!

I think it would just turn into a paste if you put it in the food processor, why dont you just buy steak mince.

Is it REALLY just steak that goes in there (I do buy it at the moment btw).

Not being poncey about it, just fancy trying to make it as an experiment really...!
