I got a bit carried away bwith the quantity. I suppose I can't freeze it?

Would love the recipe??? I am fed up with buying it when I know I could make it with a good recipe!

ditto

400g tin of chick peas
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons tahini paste
juice of 2-3 lemons
salt and pepper

Blend it all together in a blender/food processor and serve! I find it best to whizz up the chick peas and garlic a bit first before adding the other ingredients (helps it be smoother). Taste it and add more tahini, lemon juice, seasoning to get it to the taste you want. You can also add a couple of tablespoons of greek yoghurt to it for a creamier consistency and taste.

thank you!!!

you're welcome! I meant to say (probably obvious, but just in case...) - you drain the chick peas of all the liquid in the tin (I give them a quick rinse too)
