My ex-nearly-mother-in-law used to make these fab marzipan sweets done like little christmas puds. They were lighter than just marzipan rolled into balls though, sort of as though there were cake crumbs mixed in too. Anyone know of anything similar or got any bright ideas about how to make them??
(The whole 'ex' and 'nearly'-ness of the mother in law would make it v. hard to just call and ask her!)
