I caught this on saturday kitchen but can't remember the recipe and don't know which of his books it would be in.
It was leg of lamb stuffed with herbs which he roasted on oven shelf so juices dripped into tray below roasting potatoes in.
Anyone know it? I wanted to mske it tomorrow.
