veggie soup recipe for a pressure cooker please

Hi

Potatoe & Leek soup

Melt 25g butter in cooker and toss 400g/1lb potatoes (peeled & diced) and 2 sliced leeks in the hot fat for 2-3 minutes without colouring.

Add 900ml/1.5 pints hot stock, pinch mixed herbs and salt/pepper.

Close the lid and bring to pressure. Cook for 10 minutes and release the pressure quickly.

When cooked, slightly liquidise the soup with hand blender.

add 2x tablespoons single cream
