how long and at what temperature would you roast 1kg of lamb for?

I would say about 40 mins at 180 but don't trust me

what cut is it?

i have no idea, my dh friend gave it to him so there is no packaging or instructions

According to the book

Pink = 20 mins a lb plus 20 mins
Done = 30 mins a lb plus 30 mins

So an hour to 1.5 hrsdepending

But I don't cook lamb off the bone very often...sorry
