main vegetarian meal for 6 people

Hello, I've seen some ideas for vegetarial meals and I'm looking for a very tasty tested recipy for dinner party, please. I'm also very interested in the starter. Ta very much.

For starter: baked field mushrooms with dolcelatte cheese

Remove mushroom stalks & chop
Mix some dolcelatte & creme fraiche together, mix with chopped stalks & stuff mushrooms
Bake!

Easy & delicious!!!!

how about houmous olives pitta bread and feta cheese dip for starters and a chickpea tagine with cous cous for main
