I've made it, it looks and smells perefct, but it tastes a bit bland . It's already got a fair bit of stock in it, so I'm not keen to add more salt. Does anyone have any ideas for tarting it up?

Cheers giraffeski, have already got quite a bit of garlic in it - it just tastes sort of insipid really, I'm not sure why, it was OK last time I made it.
