do you do meat, pasta sheets then white sauce, or meat, white sauce pasta sheets?

I do tom sauce, pasta, filling (veggie or meat), moz, tom sauce etc then white sauce on the top, usually on top of pasta but depends how much of everything I have. usually 3 layers of pasta.

then grated cheese on top

I do lasagne (as I like a lot of pasta), meat, sauce, lasagne, meat, sauce, cheese.

so i dont suppose it really matters then just personal preference as long as its all there somewhere? ive never made it before
