I shred them into good noodles with spring onions and greens.

Coronation chicken.Mix good mayo with some curry paste,lemon juice and raisins and stir into chicken.

Fry potatoes and add chicken towards end of cooking time.

a little apricot jam in the coronation sauce gives it a little sweetness that is YUM!

Good old broccoli pasta bake.
Chuck the chicken in an ovenproof dish, throw in some cooked pasta & cooked broccoli. Add some salsa if you like it. Pour over some cheese sauce & bake for 20 mins until hot & bubbly.

Chuck in some mushrooms or peas and mix with a tin of condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup (I like Campbells) and a splash of milk to make chicken supreme, or bung a bit of pastry on top for a pie!

Yes NP.Some soy or some tom yum paste.
Maybe a bit of sesame oil too.

I buy instant noodles-upmarket Pot Noodles form Asian stores.

cooked pasta mixed with pesto and some fried diced courgette,red onion,add chicken ,grated parmesaen and toasted pumpkin seeds on top.

Risotto? chopped onions, bits of cooked chicken, peas, bits of ham, sprinkle of curry powder all fried. Add cooked rice and heat thru... yum.

soak couscous in veg stock, meanwhile cook the chicken up with a bit of garam masala, a few veggies, apricots, raisins, put all into dish together with couscous and mix - 15 mins tops!
