Help - ruby wedding cake, gluten free cooked in aga!

My parents' ruby wedding is in 2 weeks and I need to make a cake that has to be gluten free and cooked in the aga. I usually do one in the bottom oven but can't find a recipe, I always end up fiddling around and never being sure of the result!

Don't know about the aga but
I do a choclate cake out of Nigella's Domestic Goddess book for my gluten free grandmother and brother.

The only Nigella book I haven't got! Is it on a website somewhere?

It depends what sort of cake you want to make - you can buy gluten free flour now quite easily(plain so you will have to add gluten free baking powder - available in Sainsburys) and just use that in place of ordinary flour.

If you need one I have a good recipe for a gluten free, egg free, sugar free fruit cake - although no aga instructions.

gave up on the home baking and the gluten free element - bought a photo cake from Asda for around £8 and had a wedding photo put on it. It was fantastic and pain free!!!
