I am going to make pizza dough and freeze it, as

a, I think the kids enjoy pizzas more when they
put the toppings on themself.

b, I'm sure they are cheaper.

c, I love watching the concentration on their
faces when they are choosing topping and also
their faces when the come out of the oven.

BUT, how do i cover before freezing. Would wrapping in clingfilm and then freezing be ok? Then defosting at room temperatue.

I should think that would be fine. Does the dough still 'work' ok after freezing though? Doesn't the yeast get killed off or something?
