if i defrost the squid, make the squid stew can i reheat tonight without killing us all????

rick steins squid stew.

frozen squid from fishmonger. i'm defrosting. would like to make the stew (cooks the squid for over 2 hours) now.

can i reheat it tonight without giving us all food poisoning???

i would think that's okay.

i defrosted beef the other day, cooked in the slow cooker for about 6 hours then re-heated for my own supper later.....
