Help pls!

Have Nigella's recipe here for peanut butter squares, says i need to line the brownie tin with bake-o-glide. I have no bake-o-glide, what can i use instead? Also have no brownie tin, the mixture is to be put into fridge and then cut into squares....ideas pls?

any square tin and baking parchment or greaseproof paper

to be quite honest, there is so much fat and oil in the recipe I doubt very much if it would stick to anything.
