What else have you got in?

Pork parcels - plonk pork steak into a square of tinfoil. Top with sliced mushroom, onions & peppers. Season & add a dollop of single cream. Wrap foil around pork steaks & bake for about 20-30 mins at 180 (Gas 4).

Do you have an egg and some stuffing mix?

If so, brush the steaks with egg white then press them hard onto the stuffing mix (the egg white simply helps the stuffing to stick better) on both sides and oven bake them for about 20-25 minutes. Turn them a couple of times during cooking

I could eat some now, mmmmmmmmm

Pan fry with a little worcester suce and serve on a bed of tagliatelle with mushrooms suace.

For the suace, saute sliced mushrooms with crushed garlic and butter then pour over sour cream and heat gently.

OR

Make a slit in the centre of the steak and stretch open to make a whole. Make sage and onion stuffing (I could give you a recipe butotherwise just use the packet stuff) and put a generous dollop into the hole and press down firmly. Cook steaks under the grill and serve with whatever you like.

blimey - I was gonna suggest a bit of sage & pepper ontop, with mash & veg... but look at these ideas! Might have to nab some...
