Baby rusk recipe anyone?

I have just worked out the cost of Farely's per rusk and I think that it is a bit steep.
Does anyone have a recipe for rusk type biscuits, don't care about the flavour it's the texture I want to reproduce.

I realise this is a dull thread but be aware I shall keep bumping it until one of you caves in and tells me.

and when someone does, can you do a "recipe for idiots" cos I would like to make some too

I know there is a good rusk recipe in this book but I can't my copy anywhere : Finger food for babies

but here is also a look to what looks like an american website with loads of rusk and teething biscuit recipes Recipes online

Hope this works I have never posted a link like this before.

I will have a good hunt round for my book and will post the recipe if the other option is no good.
