Cauliflower and apple inspiration needed!

Need to use up my cauliflower for tea tomorrow.....so bored with cauliflower cheese - any other suggestions/recipes.

And have a ton of apples which my DH was given by a client. Any easy recipes other than crumble for our pudding???

Make a curried soup----

onions
celery
garlic
ginger
curry powder
add chopped califlower
vege broth
zap it with hand blender--delish.

cauliflower is nice with cumin seed.
