Frozen fishcakes

I've got some frozen homemade fish cakes - normally I would defrost them then bung them in the oven for 15-20 mins. But I forgot to defrost them and nuking them seems to make them sludgy. Can I bung them in the oven frozen? If so - how long for?

dont qoute me georginaA but i would go for about 30/40 mins, suppose it depends how big they are aswell. Sorry its just a guess.

I'll give it a go and see what happens. I've had to nuke them a bit to peel the paper stopping them sticking together off! They're quite thin and I suppose fish does cook quick - it's getting the potato in them brown enough I suppose.
