got naf all left in the fridge other than a few bits of minging veg.

inspire me.....! (please)

Try poaching them in milk then flake them.
Strain the milk and use to make a cheese sauce.
Add flaked fish and cooked veggies, mix then top with mashed potatoes and a bit of grated cheese.
Pop in hot oven until the cheese on top bubbles

add poacehd fish to spuds
add one egg yolka dn s quirt of kethcup
shallow fry in fish cakes tyle
