Apart from grated raw in salads, what else can I do with it?

Boil it and mash it - you can combine with potato, but I think they cook at different rates, so you may want to cook separately but mash together, iyswim, or you run the risk of having little undercooked lumps of celeriac in your mash. But very yummy.

Lovelyjust as a side veg or in stews/pies, etc. Makes gorgeous soup too. Love it!!

Or mash it on its own, mix in a bit of creme fraiche and black pepper, parmesan on top and put it under the grill until the cheese has melted.
